An 8 × 20 ft sea can is $125 per month in CAD. Ask for the total move-in price, including any applicable taxes, deposit or lock charges, before booking.
The nominal outside footprint is 160 sq ft. Interior measurements and door clearance are smaller. Measure large items, plan an access aisle and ask us to confirm the fit.
Sea can rent is $125 per month. Call to discuss how long you need storage, the minimum rental period and notice required before moving out.
Sea cans can experience temperature changes and condensation. Please discuss your items with us before storing moisture-sensitive furniture, fabrics, documents or electronics. Do not assume climate-controlled conditions.

Yes—outdoor trailer storage is $50 per month, subject to available space and trailer suitability. Tell us the total length, including the hitch, and your intended storage dates. Parking is temporary while the site grows; confirm duration and move-out arrangements before renting. Ask separately about other vehicles.
